In our experience, you’re bound to have lots of questions about us, so we’ve put together some of the most frequently asked questions here. If there’s anything we haven’t covered, then please don’t hesitate to contact us, either by mail, phone, fax or email.
We endeavour to cater for most tastes when it comes to activities, so we have a wide choice, ranging from cultural visits to historic placer of interest, to sports, to lively night out. We want to make sure that you enjoy yourselves while you’re studying Further to that, we can organise weekends away and arrange car hire if necessary.
All of our accommodation is either within easy walking distance of the school or within easy reach by public transport.
The school is located right in the heart of Cork, on the banks of the river Lee, But we’ll keep you too busy to admire the view! It is also within close walking distance of Cork’s main bus terminus and railway station.
We have students from all over the world studying with us, which adds greatly to the friendly atmosphere.
Yes, our aim is to make sure that you are as comfortable as possible during your stay in Cork. It’s very rare for students to dislike their accommodation.
What type of accommodation would you like? We have a full range of options from living with a host family to self-catering apartments and hotels.
Yes, the Internet and email are available every afternoon to all students.
Yes, we’re a fully accredited and recognised school. You’ll receive official recognition of your achievement.
Registration is very simple: just fill in the appropriate form and we’ll take care of everything else.
We have a range of payment options: you can pay by credit card, bank transfer or bank draft. Just choose whichever is easiest for you.
In general, our first courses start at 9am and the last one ends at 5pm, leaving plenty of time to enjoy our social activities.
We pride ourselves on giving everyone personal attention, which is why you’ll never find more the 8 or 10 students in any class.
We offer 7 course levels. So, whatever you level of English, we can help.
Most people have a good idea of their level of English but we are always on hand if you need help – just call us. Alternatively, you can do our Online Test. In any event, every student is assessed on arrival just to make sure that you’re on the right course.
