Cork English College’s EAP programmes have been specially designed to prepare international students for studying in English in the Further and Higher Education Systems.These courses are perfect for learners who wish to improve their academic and linguistic skills and who may also require a recognised English exam score to successfully gain entry to a Further or Higher Education institution in an English-speaking envirnoment.

• Foundation in Health & Science – General Studies Level 5  

  • 20 hours per week
  • Specific academic orientation in Health & Science: Biology, Chemistry and Biology of Human Development

   
• International Foundation Year – Engineering & Technology  

  • 20 hours per week
  • Specific academic orientation in Engineering & Technology: Chemistry, Physics...

   
• Foundation in Business – General Studies Level 5  

  • 20 hours per week
  • Specific academic orientation in Business: Applied Economics and Business Administration

   
• English & Business Studies NQAI level 5  

  • The course leads to a FETAC certificate in Business Studies( BBSXX) NQAI level 5
  • The course is open to international students

   
• University Foundation / Pathways Programme  

  • Opportunity for international students to prepare for successful entry to certificate and degree college / university courses

   
• Academic Year / Long Stay Programmes  

  • 20 Lessons per week (60 min)
